Beloved son of Frederirck and Sue Spivey. Dearest brother of Fred (Nicole) Spivey III. Beloved fiancée of Amber Marquardt. Loving dad of Jimmy Jr. Also survived by his former spouse Paula Hodgen, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.

Jimmy was a proud U.S. Marine, serving two Tours of Duty as a Radio Operator for the Main Command Post for the 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom, awarded the Purple Heart, the Presidential Unit Citation – Navy and the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal (2nd award). Jimmy lived his life to its fullness, was much loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.

The portrait below is of Jimmy’s father Frederick, a Vietnam veteran who wanted his portrait to appear on the same page as his son Jimmy.
