SSG Jones served in the US Army for 16 years, first as an infantryman and later as a medical laboratory technician. He deployed twice during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
In 2009 he began working at the USARHC in Vincenza, Italy at the Health Center’s Information Management Department.
SSG Jones is survived by his wife, two daughters, father, brother, aunt, many friends and co-workers. He was predeceased by his mother, Suzette Melton Jones.
